Change of Mind Policy for Jewellery

• Items purchased in-store or online may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the customer changes their mind, provided:
• The item is unworn and in “As New Condition” with no signs of wear, damage, scratches, or alteration.
• The original proof of purchase, packaging, and any certificates or paperwork are returned with the item.
• The refund will be processed by the same method as the original payment, and only to the original purchaser.
• For online purchases, it is the purchaser’s responsibility and cost to return the item for refund or exchange.

Exclusions to Change of mind Refunds or Exchanges

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind due to strict health and hygiene reasons.
• Custom or engraved items, resized rings and altered jewellery are not accepted for change of mind return or exchange.
• Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are ineligible for change of mind return or exchange.

Important Notes

• The store reserves the right to determine if an item meets the “As New Condition” requirement as part of the return assessment.
  
  
• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair where:

o   The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or

o   The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or

o   The product does not match its sample or description.

·       We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Team Members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.
